Two extensions per gate possible
An extension of 1 x 21 cm is not enough for your width? You can combine your hauck children's gate with a total of two extensions, one on each side.

21 cm extension and 9 cm extension combinable
A 21 cm extension is too short, but a 2 x 21 cm extension is too long? Then simply combine the 21 cm extension with a 9 cm extension.

Separate Y-Spindel for staircases with round bars
With the separately available hauck Y-spindles, you can also attach the extension together with the safety gate to stair rails with round or oval rails quickly and easily without drilling.

Fast and simple connection with hauck gates
The extension is easily connected to the gate by means of two connection pieces, while the adjusting screws are placed on the outer side of the extension or gate.

Easy and stable pressure fit installation
Once you have connected all pieces, you can clamp the safety gate into the door frame or the staricase by fastening the adjusting screws.
21 cm Extension for hauck Safety Gates
Would you like to extend your hauck safety gate? With this 21 cm extension, you can easily adapt your safety gate to wider doorways or staircases. The extension is compatible with all hauck door and stair safety gates. If you need a shorter extension, there is also a 9 cm version available separately.
Flexible combinations for different widths
With hauck extensions, you can flexibly adjust your safety gate with a base width of 75-80 cm. Each side of the gate can be fitted with a maximum of one extension – either 9 cm or 21 cm. Here are some examples of possible combinations:
- Width 84-89 cm: 1x 9 cm extension
- Width 96-101 cm: 1x 21 cm extension
- Width 105-110 cm: 1x 9 cm + 1x 21 cm extension
- Width 117-122 cm: 2x 21 cm extensions
Additionally, with the separately available hauck Y-spindles, you can attach the extension and safety gate to stair railings with round or oval posts – all without drilling!
Simple and secure installation without drilling
Installation is very easy: Connect the extension to your safety gate using the included connectors. Then, attach the adjustment screws to the outer sides of the extension. Finally, secure the gate and extension by pressing them firmly into the door frame or staircase – quick, stable, and secure.
