Funds managed by Capital Four, a Copenhagen-based, industry-leading asset management company will support hauck, a leading European brand in the baby equipment segment and its management in the next phase of strategic growth and long-term development. The transaction is still subject to the usual antitrust approvals and finalization of the contractual documentation.
With a new more conservative capital structure and access to fresh growth capital, hauck will be well positioned to enhance its operational resilience and pursue sustainable expansion. The company will remain fully committed to its vision of becoming the leading brand in the Premium Value segment, offering innovative, safe, and high-quality products for families around the world.
In the next growth phase, hauck aims to combine its strong 100-year brand heritage with a forward-looking strategy. Building on its renewed and award-winning product portfolio, hauck will continue to strengthen its offering and expand its geographic footprint, with a particular focus on Western Europe and North America.
